Nature of service

Research is provided for informational and educational purposes with a focus on risk management. It is not a guarantee of any outcome. All trading and investment decisions are taken by you, at your own risk, and execution is through your own broker.

Eligibility, KYC and agreement

KYC and e-sign are required before any paid research service starts, as per SEBI guidelines. Paid services begin only after KYC is completed, the client agreement is e-signed and fees are received through banking channels.

Fees and payment

Fees, if any, will be as per the agreed client agreement and within the limits prescribed by SEBI. Fees are accepted only through banking channels to the account of Mehul Pravinbhai Jiyani; never pay cash or to any third party. Fee: ₹8,888 per month for the index derivatives intraday research service. If a client terminates the service, fees for the unexpired period are refunded on a pro-rata basis within 7 working days, to the bank account from which the fee was paid, without any breakage fee. No assured returns

No assured or guaranteed returns are offered. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading in derivatives involves substantial risk of loss.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from trading or investment decisions, market movements, delays or technical failures. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under SEBI regulations.

Grievances and governing law

Grievances are handled as per the Grievance Redressal process. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to SEBI's grievance and online dispute resolution mechanisms.
