• Every investor should be able to invest in the right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports and enjoy financial wellness.

Services provided to investors

• Publishing research reports based on research activities of the Research Analyst.
• Providing independent, unbiased views on securities.
• Offering unbiased recommendations and disclosing the financial interests in recommended securities.
• Providing research recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
• Conducting annual audit.
• Ensuring that all advertisements are in adherence to the provisions of the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
• Maintaining records of interactions with all clients, including prospective clients, where any conversation related to research services has taken place.

Rights of investors

• Right to privacy and confidentiality.
• Right to transparent practices.
• Right to fair and equitable treatment.
• Right to adequate information.
• Right to initial and continuing disclosure, including the right to receive information on all statutory and regulatory disclosures.
• Right to fair and true advertisement.
• Right to awareness about service parameters and turnaround times for services and grievance redressal.
• Right to be heard and to satisfactory grievance redressal in a time-bound manner.
• Right to have timely redressal.
• Right to exit from a financial product or service in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.
• Right to receive clear guidance and caution notices when dealing in complex and high-risk financial products and services.
• Additional rights for vulnerable consumers, including access to services in a suitable manner.
• Right to provide feedback on financial products and services used.
• Right against coercive, unfair and one-sided clauses in financial agreements.

Expectations from investors (responsibilities)

Do's

• Always deal with SEBI registered Research Analysts.
• Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate; check the SEBI registration number on the SEBI website (https://www.sebi.gov.in).
• Always pay attention to the disclosures made in research reports before investing.
• Pay fees only through banking channels and maintain duly signed receipts mentioning the details of your payments.
• Before buying securities or applying in a public offer, check the research recommendation provided by your Research Analyst.
• Ask all relevant questions and clear your doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on a recommendation.
• Seek clarifications and guidance on research recommendations from your Research Analyst, especially for complex and high-risk products.
• Understand the risk associated with investing in securities markets; there are no guaranteed returns.
• Inform SEBI about any Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns.

Don'ts

• Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.
• Do not fall prey to luring advertisements or market rumours.
• Do not get attracted to limited-period discounts or other incentives, gifts, etc. offered by a Research Analyst.
• Do not share login credentials and passwords of your trading, demat and bank accounts with the Research Analyst.

Grievance redressal mechanism

1. Investors can lodge a complaint with the Research Analyst (Mehul Pravinbhai Jiyani) at [email protected] / +91 94941 10909. The Research Analyst endeavours to resolve complaints within 21 days and in any case within 30 days of receipt.
2. If unresolved, lodge a complaint on SEBI SCORES (https://scores.sebi.gov.in). Complaints are first handled by the designated body (BSE / RAASB) and may be escalated to SEBI.
3. If still not satisfied, initiate dispute resolution through SMART ODR (https://smartodr.in).
4. Physical complaints may be addressed to: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan BKC, Plot No. C4-A, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400051.
