Key terms for clients of a Research Analyst

1. The services are provided by Mehul Pravinbhai Jiyani, SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000008428). The Research Analyst only provides research recommendations; it does not execute trades, manage funds or handle your securities.
2. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. No assured, guaranteed or risk-free returns are promised, and there is no profit-sharing in any form.
3. Fees are charged as per the client agreement, within the maximum limit prescribed by SEBI for individual/HUF clients, and may be collected in advance for not more than the period permitted by SEBI. Fee: ₹8,888 per month for the index derivatives intraday research service. This fee is within the SEBI limit for individual Research Analysts (annual ₹1,06,656, below the ₹1,51,000 per family cap).
4. Fees are paid only through banking channels to the Research Analyst's account; cash is not accepted.
5. You may terminate the service at any time. If a client terminates the service, fees for the unexpired period are refunded on a pro-rata basis within 7 working days, to the bank account from which the fee was paid, without any breakage fee.
6. KYC and e-sign of the agreement are required before any paid service starts.
7. Do not share your trading, demat or bank login credentials with anyone, including the Research Analyst.
8. Research is for your personal use; you are responsible for your own investment decisions.

These MITC form part of the client agreement.
